I kid you not, I got injured at work and had surgery, healed for 3 months (they knew it would take that long), bought a house, then lost my job a week before the doctor said I could return to work with no restrictions because I was gone more than their 80 day policy.
If you’re wondering what company, I won’t say, but I will say they used to be the best employer in Oklahoma until recently, where they laid off 500 positions to replace them with AI
